New Truxes Elevator Signage Web Store!

We’ve been talking about it for a while, we’ve been working endlessly getting it exactly how we know you’ll want it, and we are proud to announce the launch of The New Truxes Web Store!

All of our catalog items are available in our store!  And the best part is they are customizable!  Our customers now have the ability to choose any catalog item and customize it to their exact material, finish and characters — all with just a few simple clicks!

We’ve made ordering as easy as possible.  With our new, organized layout, you should not have a problem finding the exact product you need.  Our category descriptions are crisp and clear, and we’ve added a “Top Sellers” section to each category for easy access to frequently purchased products.  Do you know what you’re looking for but aren’t sure what category it would be under?  Just type a keyword into the search field at the top of the page and the page will jump directly to the items that match your keyword.

If by chance you do encounter a question or problem on the site, we have a brand new feature called “Truxes Live Chat.”  We now have the ability for our customers to chat directly with one of our customer service representatives!  As always, you can reach us by phone or the “Contact Us” section of the site, but if you have a question you need the answer to right away and don’t want to be tied to the phone, then just select the “Live Chat” button and we will be happy to assist you!

We have already seen a great response to our new site, and we look forward to the upcoming months while we continue to add and improve the store.  Keep an eye out for our new category, “Same Day Shipping,” that will have a wide variety of products that are available for UPS Shipping if you place your order by 2 p.m. CST.  We hope to launch this new category in the upcoming weeks!
